The standard operating procedures for self-propelled spraying machines are that many areas of self-propelled spraying machines are now a bit larger, making it an excellent choice for plant protection equipment to enter the work site. At the same time, parallel spraying is also a serious pollution to human health, which is very unsafe and cannot be used. The axial flow fan outlet of the self-propelled spray nozzle is a pressure reducing type. According to aerodynamic principles and turbulence theory, the stamping cone will generate large eddy currents, resulting in significant energy loss. The rectifier has a football shape, a smooth appearance, and changes the airflow channel.

Before starting the self orchard adding machine, check if the connections of the pipelines and circuit fasteners are loose. Press the start button and hear the sound of the machine rotating, indicating that the circuit is normal. The high ignition voltage line on the window indicates that the spark plug ignition is normal. When using a self-propelled spraying machine to fill liquid, add the diluted solution into the Yao bucket using a filter funnel, not too full. It is advisable to add the liquid at the top 2-3 centimeters of the Yao box, and then tighten the tank cover. So far, it has been used without leakage or leakage (be careful not to tighten too tightly to prevent long screws from damaging the tank cover). Tighten both tank covers tightly. (When reprocessing agricultural products, the safety instructions provided by the agricultural manufacturer should be followed.) Self service orchards should be sprayed with a YAO machine. After the machine stabilizes, the machine should be turned off and preheated for a few seconds before spraying.

When opening the YAO valve switch at the beginning, it should be slowly opened and not opened too hard, otherwise it may choke the machine and shut down. When shutting down, the YAO valve switch should be quickly closed, and the nozzle should be tilted downwards to prevent steam from entering the machine and choking the spark plug, causing difficulty in starting the next time. After spraying, the valve switch should be closed first, and the steam inside the machine should be discharged after the machine is idle for 3-5 seconds. Then turn off the switch of the fuel tank to ensure clean water vapor inside the machine, so that it is convenient for the next start. Everyone is required to pay more attention when using a self-propelled spraying machine. Today, the editor will introduce the safety operation procedures for the use of self-propelled spraying machines.

Firstly, users must undergo strict training. At the beginning of using a self-propelled spraying machine, they must be familiar with the operation and maintenance manual, clarify the machine's performance and usage precautions. Operators wear long clothes, pants, boots, masks, gloves, and protective glasses during spraying, and clean and inspect the self-propelled spraying machine. Clean the bucket to avoid unnecessary losses caused by residual Yao agent after the last spraying. Check the position of the engine oil level, no lower than the standard scale, with normal color and appropriate viscosity. Check the lubricating oil level of the high-pressure pump and ensure it does not fall below the mark. Check that there is enough gasoline and the air filter is clean. Are various fixing screws tightened, whether the length of the high-pressure pipe is sufficient, and whether there is any damage.

Before starting, the operator first closes the inlet valve, opens the discharge handle to put it in a pressure relief state, and adjusts the pressure of the high-pressure pump to a smaller position. When the engine starts in a cold state, first close the shock absorber, open the throttle to the starting position or greater, and then open the shock absorber in a timely manner after starting. When the engine is hot,
