1. Alkaline solution removes oil stains. The removal of animal, vegetable, and mineral oils from the surface of parts can be achieved by adding a small amount of emulsifier to a solid re germinating solution, heating, and cleaning. 2. Organic solvents remove oil stains. To prevent the corrosion of precision parts (such as high-pressure oil pumps, injectors, etc.) by alkaline solutions, organic solvents (such as gasoline, kerosene, alcohol, etc.) can generally be used for cleaning.

3. Aluminum alloy cleaning solution removes oil stains. Due to the strong corrosive effect of alkaline solutions on aluminum alloys and the high cost of organic solvents, aluminum alloy cleaning solution can be prepared when cleaning aluminum alloy parts. Generally, sodium silicate or sodium carbonate solution is added with a small amount of potassium dichromate to prepare, and heating to 60-70 ℃ can achieve the desired effect.
