Why can't self-propelled corn sprayer spray normally?

If the self-propelled corn sprayer fails to spray normally when it is working, it is mostly caused by two reasons: pressure fluctuation or absence of pressure. Of course, these two reasons are not just for no reason, but for some other reasons. Let's talk about them with Xiao Bian:

Self-propelled corn applicator

Self-propelled corn applicator

1. The valve of the liquid pump is severely worn, or there are foreign objects stuck in the middle, or the spring is damaged, causing the valve and valve seat to not close tightly.

2. There are many impurities in the water source and the filter screen has not been cleaned in a timely manner, resulting in the surface of the filter screen sticking, reduced or insufficient water flow. At this point, it may be visible that the suction pipe is being sucked in.

3. There is a foreign object at the pressure regulating valve port, or the valve column has increased friction due to a lack of oil, resulting in the valve not being able to reset. At this point, a large amount of liquid medicine flows back into the medicine box, causing the pressure to decrease.

4. A liquid pump with an air chamber has a low or high air pressure, which cannot absorb the pulsation of the medicine liquid. At this time, it can be seen that the outlet pipe of the liquid pump is violently shaking. The suction pipe leaks due to corrosion, aging, or inhaling foreign objects. The oil in the hydraulic pump is worn or missing, resulting in a decrease in pressure.

The self-propelled corn applicator may experience pressure problems during use due to the above reasons, which may prevent normal spraying of medication. Therefore, we hope that everyone checks the applicator before and after use to avoid affecting work efficiency.
