Before starting, the operator of the suspended pesticide applicator should first close the water outlet valve, open the unloading handle to put it in a depressurized state, and adjust the pressure of the high-pressure pump to low. When starting the engine in a cold state, the air door should be closed first, the throttle should be opened to the start position, and then the air door should be opened in a timely manner after starting. When the engine is warm up, the damper can be opened to start. Open the water outlet valve and adjust the high-pressure pump to the required pressure, spraying at a uniform speed. It is recommended not to exceed 4 hours of continuous working time for the dispensing machine.

The starting method of the suspended pesticide spraying machine: Open the circuit oil circuit switch, close the choke valve, place the throttle in the medium speed position, fix the gasoline engine with your left hand, pull the starting wheel handle with your right hand, and slightly pull the pull rope. When you feel that the starting claw has already come out of contact with the starting disc and rotated coaxially, the paddy pesticide spraying machine is sold. Then, use force to smoothly and quickly pull the starting wheel handle horizontally several times until the gasoline engine starts. After starting, open the choke valve to determine which one is the best for the paddy field applicator, and adjust the throttle to the appropriate position. Close the water pump discharge valve and adjust the pressure (usually 15-20 for working pressure guns and 10-15 for short guns) before starting operation.

The correct starting method is very important for the operation of the hanging pesticide applicator.
