1、 Users must undergo strict learning and training. When using the rice field applicator, they must thoroughly read the operation and maintenance manual to understand the machine's performance and precautions for use.

2、 Operators should wear long clothes, pants, boots, masks, gloves, and protective glasses when administering medication to prevent poisoning.

3、 Clean and inspect the dispensing machine. Clean the medicine bucket to prevent excess damage caused by the remaining medicine from the previous application. Check the oil level of the engine. For the paddy field applicator, try not to lower it than the standard scale, and ensure that the color is normal and the viscosity is appropriate. Check the lubricating oil level of the high-pressure pump, and it should not be less than the scale mark. Check if the gasoline is sufficient and if the air filter is clean. Are various fixing screws tightened, is the length of the high-pressure pipe sufficient, and is there any damage.

4、 Before starting, the operator first closes the water outlet valve, opens the unloading handle to put it in a pressure relief state, and adjusts the pressure of the high-pressure pump to a smaller value. To start the engine in a cold state, it is necessary to first close the air door, open the throttle to the start position or larger, and then open the air door in a timely manner after starting. When the engine is warm up, the damper can be opened to start.

5、 Open the water outlet valve and adjust the high-pressure pump to the required pressure, spraying at a uniform speed. The continuous operation time of the dispensing machine should not exceed 4 hours as much as possible.
