When you feel that the starting claw has come out of contact with the starting wheel and is rotating coaxially, the paddy field pesticide dispenser is sold. Then, use force to smoothly and quickly pull the starting wheel handle horizontally several times until the gasoline engine starts. After starting, open the choke valve to determine which one is the best for the paddy field applicator, and adjust the throttle to the appropriate position. Close the water pump discharge valve and adjust the pressure (usually 15-20 for working pressure guns and 10-15 for short guns) before starting operation.

How to operate the rice applicator:

During the operation, vehicles should run at a uniform speed and pay attention to passing vehicles and pedestrians; Spraying operators should pay attention to passing vehicles and pedestrians. Check the lubricating oil level of the high-pressure pump and ensure it does not fall below the scale mark. Check if the gasoline is sufficient and if the air filter is clean. 4. When operating the rice applicator, the personnel should first close the water outlet valve before starting, open the unloading handle to check if the pressure is relieved, and adjust the pressure of the high-pressure pump to a smaller value. When starting the engine in a cold state, the air door should be closed first, the throttle should be opened to the starting position or larger, and then the air door should be opened in a timely manner after starting. When heating up the engine, the air door can be opened to start.

5. Open the water outlet valve, adjust the high-pressure pump to the required pressure, and spray at a uniform speed. The continuous working time of the rice applicator should not exceed 4 hours.
