For the self-propelled corn applicator, its daily maintenance is very important. Of course, the editor introduced the maintenance in spring before, but today we are not going to introduce the maintenance in a single season. These can be done anywhere. Let's take a brief look together with the editor:

Self-propelled corn applicator

1、 The oil of the new applicator must be changed after five hours of use, and then every thirty hours. When changing the oil, the power machine and pump body should be changed at the same time.

2、 When the dispensing machine is not in use for a long time, it needs to be sealed. The method is as follows: external cleaning, emptying the gasoline tank, starting the machine until it automatically stops, changing the oil, and wrapping the exhaust port with oil paper and rope for storage.

3、 The air filter element should be checked regularly, and when the machine feels weak or difficult to start, clean the filter. The paper filter element should be blown out of dust by a fan or knocked out. Sponge filter elements can be cleaned with soap and water or other detergents, and then installed and used after drying. After working for fifty hours, a new filter element needs to be replaced.

4、 When changing the oil, it is necessary to heat up the engine and replace it. After starting the machine for three to five minutes, turn it off. Remove the oil drain screw to drain the dirty oil, and then add new oil. Pay attention to measuring the oil level.

5、 After each work, clean the entire machine, check if the working parts are loose, and tighten them in a timely manner. After each work, add clean water, rinse the medicine bucket, pump body, and pipe gun.

The maintenance of the self-propelled corn sprayer can be very important. I hope everyone must remember these points so as to ensure the service life of the sprayer regardless of the season.
